Kronos Workforce Consultant

Type of role: C2H/CWR

Work Authorization Restrictions: None

Location and Travel: Remote for now but eventually Atlanta, GA (preferred) or Seattle, WA

Job Description:

Mandatory skills:

  • Experience supporting and implementing Kronos Workforce Central Suite versions 7.0 through 8.X.
  • Experience configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper (and/or ADP) latest versions preferable-version 7.0 and above for at least 7+ years.
  • Experience implementing and supporting Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics and other Workforce Central modules is a plus.
  • Ability to support interfaces using Kronos WIM interface even if rudimentary will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to configure and support WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals).
  • Should have at least 5+ years' experience in working with Kronos application suite.

This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products and hence the requirement for ability to provide support to a client.

Excellent client interaction and communication skills are needed.

Should be able to communicate to the end users effectively providing expertise supporting of the Kronos application.

Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of solutions.
