Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the upgrade from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Consolidate five Kronos WFC instances into one UKG Pro WFM instance.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
  • Develop and manage test scripts and lead system and integration testing.
  • Configure and validate Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Pro WFM.
  • Configure Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, including pay rules and payroll-related functionality.
  • Extract data from WFC, perform data cleansing and reformatting, and migrate it into UKG Pro WFM.
  • Oversee integrations between UKG/Kronos, PeopleSoft HRMS, and legacy systems.
  • Work with system integrators and PMO teams on Kronos Boomi middleware integrations.
  • Validate pay rules, CBAs, payroll processing, and pay rates maintained in PeopleSoft.
  • Lead a team of Kronos analysts responsible for configuration validation and testing.
  • Coordinate project objectives, timelines, testing, and deliverables.
  • Support the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery.
  • Provide strong client communication and participate in onsite work/travel as required.
Key Requirements
  • Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
  • Strong experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (ProWFM) implementation and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Timekeeper.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with WFM/payroll systems.
  • Experience developing test scripts and leading testing efforts.
  • Experience with Kronos Boomi middleware or similar integration tools.
  • Experience with data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and migration from WFC to ProWFM.
  • Knowledge of pay rules, CBAs, payroll processing, and pay rates.
  • Strong business requirements gathering and functional analysis skills.
  • Experience working with system integrators, PMO teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
  • Ability to lead Kronos/UKG analysts and coordinate testing activities.
  • Understanding of the full project lifecycle/SDLC.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel or work onsite as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst Lead focused on Kronos or UKG Pro WFM.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Kronos/UKG WFM implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating complex testing and implementation activities.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS/WFM integrations.
  • Experience with Kronos Boomi is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Timekeeper, pay rules, payroll, and WFM configuration.
  • Knowledge of Activities, Mobile, Analytics, and other Kronos WFC modules is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
