Job description

Job Title: Kronos Administrator
Job Location: Philadelphia, PA
Employment Type: Full Time Permanent (Direct Hire Job Role)
Job Mode: Hybrid (3 Days onsite, 2 days Work from Home)
W2 candidates only
Eligibility Requirements: USC, Greencard Holder, GC-EAD and H4-EAD are only preferred
Relocation Candidates: They will consider relocation candidates but only if the candidate would relocate to start on-site from day 1. They do not want someone who travels weekly or that says they will relocate in future. Only candidates who would relocate before starting the role.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
  • 5 Years experience with timekeeping and scheduling applications, responsible for requirements, design, configuration, implementation, operations, training, interfaces to HR, Payroll and other scheduling systems, report development and operational support activities.
  • Strong experience and advanced knowledge of UKG Dimensions and Kronos WorkForce Manager required.
  • Ability to write/build reports using UKG.
  • Experience working with managers out in the field with requests or issues -- taking initiative to communicate with leadership
  • Experience with:
    • Configure the app
    • Configure the clocks
    • Union/contract experience
    • Needs someone to help backup the current configuration person
  • 1 Year experience working in a healthcare/ hospital environment preferred.
