Position Details
  • Schedule: Full-time 1.0FTE 40 hours/week.
  • Location: Northeast Minneapolis Corporate Office -Hybrid (Remote potential after training is complete)
  • Salary Range: Starting range $63,065-$71,364/year (Where an applicant may fall on the salary range will vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience & education)

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, lead, facilitate, and execute recruitment process and programs, ensuring all recruiting activities represent MNGI’s core values and align with company mission, vision and policies.
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand current and future workforce needs. Develop, initiate and implement a wide range of sourcing strategies that result in meeting the talent needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates. Inform job applicants of details such as status of application, duties and responsibilities of the role, compensation, benefits and work schedule.
  • Facilitate the interview process including conducting initial screening calls and scheduling interviews with hiring manager and Human Resources Business Partner; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by setting clear expectations, providing frequent communication and timely feedback.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Provides hiring managers guidance in human resources policies, procedures, laws, or regulations regarding candidate selection, interview process, hiring decision, etc.
  • Act as the functional owner of the UKG Pro applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools/platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor, Handshake)
  • Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Coordinate, implement and measure success of college recruiting initiatives, including internship programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to maximize all social media channels and other recruitment advertising to attract a qualified talent pool.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. At least one year of human resources work experience is required. Prefer experience in recruiting.

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Human Resources Professional certification is preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee may be required to lift and transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and reach to hang scopes and stock supplies.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move quickly on their feet.  Employees must be able to tolerate personal protective equipment including; gowns, gloves, face masks and eye protection. Employees may be required to travel to other company locations due to staffing and training needs.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee works in a clinical environment and may be exposed to hazardous chemicals or conditions including exposure to blood or other body fluids. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and training will be provided. The employee is exposed to a computer monitor daily. The employee may be required to travel by automobile and exposed to changing weather conditions while performing the duties of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be alert to conditions that may impact the safety of patients, employees and visitors.
