DEPARTMENT: Case Ready/Value Added Operations
STATUS: Full-time
REPORTS TO: Case Ready Manager.
SALARY CLASS: Hourly-Salaried Non-Exempt-(JBS is a competitive equal opportunities employer. Salaries vary depending on education and experience).
JOB SUMMARY
Audit products that are produced on table and ensuring that all products produced meet company product specification requirements. Documentation detail is extremely important.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
  • Assisting the supervisor/superintendent and Operations Manager with all their paper work and reports they ask for
  • Filing and organizing all paper work for Supervisors and Employees
  • Working with Kronos, Telnet, Excel, Word, Accuterm, MSA, outlook, Shop Floor
  • Doing weekly and daily reports for Management and HR in a timely manner
  • Attend packaging, safety and department meetings
  • Answering emails and questions form departments such as Shipping, HR, Nursing, Payroll, Inventory, packaging and production schedule.
  • Conduct and keep dry inventory up to date
  • Have Excellent attendance, Great Attitude, Phone and Radio Etiquette
  • Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
  • Must be able to read and write English
