RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Business Acceleration Consultant at 84.51, you are critical in driving a customer first journey as you support insights driven strategy, execution, and implementation work that drives long-term sustainable change and makes customers' lives easier.  We are also counting on you to bring new and innovative ideas forward. You know the customer and our capabilities thoroughly, so you are in a great position to help drive innovation. The customer's voice influences every decision as you identify problems, develop solutions, activate insights, and evaluate the impact on customers.

Your primary client is Kroger, one of the world's largest retailers and the third largest employer.  You are expected to build strong, trusting relationships with your Kroger stakeholders and influence their decisions that drive long term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable Strategic Impact: You will translate rich insights into compelling, customercentric stories that inform merchandising strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, instore experience. You influence strategy for addressing emerging trends including - but not limited to - multicultural and health & wellness initiatives. You will collaborate with crossfunctional partners to shape recommendations that support Kroger's strategic objectives and performance.
  • Champion the Customer: Be the unwavering voice of the Kroger shopper, ensuring that every strategic recommendation and activation plan is grounded in a profound understanding of their needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Innovate the Future of Retail: Stay at the forefront of customer and retail trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence, leveraging this knowledge to proactively identify and seize merchandising opportunities for Kroger.
