Job description

365 Freight USA is seeking CDL-A Regional Grocery Drivers for a dedicated Kroger account based in Aurora, CO. This position provides steady, multi-stop refrigerated (reefer) freight across Colorado, southern Wyoming, and eastern Utah, serving King Soopers and other grocery locations. Drivers operate assigned, newer equipment on a mix of live unload and dropโ€‘andโ€‘hook routes on a growing dedicated lane.

Compensation and benefits

  • Average weekly pay: $1,450โ€“$1,581 (varies by route mix and account growth)
  • $17 stop pay for frequent multiโ€‘stop deliveries
  • Up to 3% safety and onโ€‘time performance bonus
  • Additional payout opportunities, including extra daily pay on assigned Kroger days
  • $150 per day for drivers assigned to Kroger all day on Wednesday and Thursday (starting at 8:00 a.m.)
  • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
  • Assigned 2025 automatic trucks (not slipโ€‘seated)

  • Complete multiโ€‘stop store deliveries on schedule and according to customer requirements
  • Perform accurate preโ€‘trip and postโ€‘trip vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks
  • Maintain driver logs, paperwork, and DOT compliance
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with dispatch and store personnel

Minimum qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driverโ€™s License (CDLโ€‘A)
  • Minimum 3 months of tractorโ€‘trailer driving experience within the past 12 months
  • Professional, safetyโ€‘focused driving record and behavior
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on route requirements
  • Reliable transportation required when takeโ€‘home truck rules do not apply
