ROLE: ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - PORTFOLIO

TEAM: THE KITCHEN NORTH AMERICA

LOCATION: CHICAGO (HYBRID)

At The Kitchen North America, we're building the future of in-house creativity. We believe the best ideas don't stop at the TV spot, social feed, or billboard. They continue all the way to the shelf, where brands ultimately win or lose.

  • Lead project and program management across the portfolio, ensuring teams are clear on objectives, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and ways of working.
  • Assist in managing business operations, including scoping, financial oversight, forecasting, and overall P&L accountability.
  • Lead and develop account talent, including direct reports, while building a high-performing team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Help define and evolve the operating model for the new Portfolio Pod, establishing strong processes and clear cross-functional ways of working.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience overseeing large budgets, with strong commercial acumen across scoping, forecasting, financial management, and reconciliation.
  • Experience leading both small and large productions involving talent including concepting through campaign delivery and trafficking
  • Understanding of how brand, media, commerce, and shopper objectives connect, with the ability to help teams deliver work that performs across the full ecosystem is ideal
  • Strong understanding of the paid media landscape and how to deliver against a paid media buy
  • Excellent client leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing account teams in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Strong organizational judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
