Job Summary
The EGTM Analyst owns the measurement and monitoring of the GTM Blueprint, turning performance data into clear insights, action plans, and enterprise visibility. This role compiles and publishes KPIs, assesses the effectiveness of GTM moments (including adherence to Pencils Down), and partners with the EGTM Governance Board to drive disciplined, data-led improvements across the end-to-end process.

Associate Responsibilities
  • Lead KPI compilation and monthly EGTM Dashboard reporting in partnership with Moment Owners, Moment Managers and EGTM Collective Leads. Transparently share progress, gaps, and actions with SLT and cross-functional leaders to course-correct execution and manage downstream seasonal impact.
  • Own KPI integrity ensuring clear visibility into EGTM moment performance, Pencils Down adherence, financial results, assortment architecture, and productivity.
  • Work with the GTM Collective, Moment Owners and Moment Managers to evaluate KPI results, establish targets and tolerance levels for future season. During the evaluation, compare Carhartt to industry best practices and share recommendations to Governance Board on future changes.
  • Build self-serve reporting within PBI to automate KPI Dashboard for audience to view as needed.
  • Partner with Manager, EGTM Process Excellence to identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Translate KPI outputs into clear, actionable insights-not just reporting. Develop clear action plans based on KPI results, with defined owners and timelines. Monitor progress and ensure follow-through across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with GTM Governance Board and review KPI performance monthly. Prepare concise readouts highlighting risks, exceptions and recommended actions. Reinforce decision discipline by connecting performance results to governance actions.
  • Share moment final documents on the GTM Hub under seasonal documents to drive transparency.

Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, apparel and textiles, or related field; or equivalent years of related experience in lieu of degree.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience providing process analysis and developing performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft SharePoint experience is preferred.
  • Well-developed use and understanding of Excel (formulas and functions).
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure accurate scheduling of GTM moments, KPI compilation, and process change analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to communicate at all levels including management.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Normal office environment; cubicle/row setting. Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required.
  • This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
