Korean/Spanish Bilingual Field CoordinatorJob SummaryWe are seeking candidates who are fluent in Spanish and Korean to support future workforce operations involving Korean and Spanish-speaking employees. This role will focus on on-site coordination, communication support, and equipment-related operations. Previous equipment experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong communication skills.Job LocationTBD (AZ or MI or GA or OH)Key Responsibilities
  • Support communication between Korean management and Spanish-speaking employees
  • Assist with equipment operation and on-site support activities
  • Coordinate workforce operations and daily field activities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and on-site personnel
  • Provide regular updates regarding project and operational status
  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution when needed
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Korean and Spanish required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and field-based environment
  • Equipment, manufacturing, or maintenance experience preferred
