Finance Specialist (Korean Bilingual)


Position Summary

The Finance & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting HR system administration, and ensuring smooth operational processes for on-site services such as cafeteria management. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and HR consulting partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer payment settlement processes and ensure accurate reconciliation.
  • Oversee corporate expense processing, banking transactions, and cash flow tracking.
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice reconciliation.
  • Handle petty cash management and periodic financial reporting support.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of HR and finance systems (e.g., BambooHR integration).
  • Coordinate with external HR consulting firms and serve as the internal point of contact.
  • Establish and manage vendor contracts and maintain ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Monitor service agreements and ensure contract compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for operational needs and issue resolution.
  • Manage internal and external signage, notices, and communications.
  • Oversee cafeteria-related operations including payment systems and customer service processes.
  • Handle Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between internal employees and external partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to support operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across finance and HR functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including ad hoc projects to support evolving business needs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, HR operations, or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR, expense processing, and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday) preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Korean/English)
