Finance amp; Corporate Planning Manager – EASY USA Holdings Inc.

EASY USA Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and responsible Finance amp; Corporate Planning Manager to lead financial oversight, corporate planning, and reporting functions for our U.S. holding company and its subsidiaries.

Role Overview

As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our multi-entity operations. This role requires a professional who can transition seamlessly between detailed accounting operations and high-level strategic reporting to Headquarters (HQ).

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Direct and review subsidiaries' financial statements, ensuring accuracy in monthly closing and reporting.

  • Consolidation amp; HQ Reporting: Lead the preparation of consolidated financial reports and management packages for executive review and HQ submission.

  • Compliance amp; Audit Management: Oversee the implementation of internal control procedures (ICFR) and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.

  • Strategic FP amp;A: Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, performing deep-dive variance analysis to provide actionable business insights.

  • Subsidiary Coordination: Manage communication and financial policy alignment across all U.S. entities.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or FP amp;A.

  • Language: Native-level fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is mandatory for HQ and local communication.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and Internal Controls.

  • Skillset: Proven track record in Monthly Closing, Audit Defense, and Consolidation.
