The Opportunity: Our Global Marketing Department is looking for an International Marketing Strategy and Planning Analyst focused on South Korea. Located in our U.S. offices, reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Strategy and Planning, you will work with other international marketers in addition to a variety of internal departments and outside agencies. As an International Marketing Strategy and Planning Analyst, you will be foremost responsible for Fisher Investment's marketing efforts in South Korea, including performance analysis and reporting, campaign and creative development and testing. This is an excellent opportunity in the Global PCG Marketing Group with ample growth opportunities. The Day-to-Day: * Support external and internal partners to develop, complete and report on lead generation campaigns, to achieve our goals * Lead our marketing relationship with external media agency partner(s) in all aspects of marketing, including optimization, content localization, creative and landing page development and testing * Manage operational tasks, such as budgeting and forecasting, reporting, contract routing, and auditing * Collaborate with our in-house marketing agency, fishtank, to support creative and landing page development and testing in South Korea * Support competitor and market research to ensure local social and political trends are incorporated into marketing campaigns, evaluate, and communicate on new opportunities * Build performance reports based on marketing reporting dashboards and succinctly present to Senior Executive Management on opportunities identified * Oversee reputational risk by following established P&Ps and compliance requirements for South Korea * Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and lead the project to implement those solutions to improve results * Work in a fun and engaging multicultural team environment, collaborating with team members located across the globe on a wide range of tasks and project initiatives Your Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance-based lead generation * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience working in South Korea or solid track record of marketing to South Korean consumers * Fluency in both Korean and English, written and verbal * Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to perform quality control on Korean-language materials, including ads, offers, and landing pages * Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance marketing * In-depth local knowledge of South Korean culture and society Why Fisher Investments: We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
