This role also supports the National Sales Director and District Managers with sample ordering, meeting scheduling, booking accommodations, and other duties as needed.**Key Responsibilities:*** Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently* Making sure that all materials are stocked, stored properly and are available when needed* Responsible for the cleanliness of the showroom* Coordinating credentialing of visitors* Arranging merchandise and POS materials* Maintaining and communicating schedules of meetings and events* Maintain and communicate budget* Assist Sales Director and District Manager with tasks as needed* Keep accurate inventory of product lines* Coordinate shipping and receiving of inventory* Maintain office hours and respond to phone and email inquiries* Help prospective customers understand the process to become an account and route to the correct salesperson**Skills for Success:*** Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation)* Strong computer skills* Ability to work internally with cross functional areas* Ability to multi-task & prioritize numerous projects/tasks* Strong organizational and process management skills* Energetic self-starter* Self-disciplined**Experience/Education:*** Industry Experience preferred* High School Diploma**Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:*** Requires lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs.* Work occasional weekends* Work occasional extended hours as needed for markets and meetings* Must be able to pack and ship product lines**Leadership Competencies Expected for this Role****Foundational Leader****Global Agility –** Be open and adapt quickly when things change**Purposeful Integrity –** Do the right thing, even when no one is watching**Strategic Foresight –** Think ahead and plan for what’s coming**Customer Centric Innovation –** Find better ways to serve our customers**Urgency for Impact –** Act fast and get results that matter**Bold Accountability –** Take ownership of your work and results**Empowered Collaboration –** Work well with others to get things done**Why Kontoor Brands?**At Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle.
