Role Description The Associate New Home Guide is a full-time, on-site role based in Port St Lucie, FL, supporting the sales and customer experience process within Kolter Homesโ€™ active-adult communities. This position assists prospective homebuyers throughout their community and home selection journey, including greeting visitors, conducting model home and community tours, and providing accurate information about floor plans, features, pricing, and lifestyle amenities. The Associate New Home Guide helps maintain sales centers and model homes in presentable condition, prepares basic sales and marketing materials, and updates customer records and appointment schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with sales team members and construction staff, responding to inquiries in a timely, professional manner, and supporting events or open houses that promote the community.
