Job description

About the Role

As Manager, Marketplace Sales – Kohl's Media Network, you will drive the growth of Kohl's Marketplace by partnering closely with the core Marketplace team to engage, educate and onboard Marketplace sellers to Kohl's Media Network (KMN). You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping sellers understand the value of KMN advertising solutions, guiding them through onboarding and ad platform setup, and developing strategies to unlock incremental advertising investment

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the internal Kohl's Marketplace team to identify high-potential Marketplace sellers, including top-performing sellers ready to scale their advertising investment and newly onboarded sellers who can benefit from Kohl's Media Network (KMN) advertising solutions

  • Present strategic recommendations based on clients’ key objectives though compelling guidance leveraging historical media performance

  • Own relationships with clients and ensure plans deliver on business objectives

  • Lead platform onboarding and media activations to guide new and existing marketplace sellers through the technical setup and activation process for the KMN ad-serving platform

  • Monitor seller performance and identify opportunities to consultatively suggest budget increases, keyword optimizations and always-on strategies

  • Maintain a sales pipeline of your portfolio and provide comprehensive monthly reports to leadership on three key pillars: new activations, dormant re-engagement and incremental growth

  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to craft compelling revenue cases

  • Manage sales revenue to set goals and priorities across brands and vendors

  • Build the blueprint for the Marketplace Koddi onboarding and training at scale

  • Coach and support sellers through software onboarding, manage a large and dynamic seller pipeline and proactively resolve technical or campaign challenges to drive successful ad launches

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years of experience in digital account management, client success or e-commerce marketplace operations (e.g., experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace or Mirakl platforms)

  • A foundational understanding of performance marketing, specifically Cost-Per-Click (CPC) models, keyword targeting, bid strategies and metrics like ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and CRMs (like Salesforce) to track a high volume of accounts and generate clean monthly reports
