Store Manager

To The Nines

Manitowish Waters, WI 54545

A slice of elevated "Up North" atmosphere in store! If customer service and hospitality are your passion, join us as Store Manager of To The Nines gift shops in beautiful Manitowish Waters. With three storefronts and an extensive retail website, we offer a variety of carefully selected items showcasing the Northwoods lifestyle with an upscale twist.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee store staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.

  • Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories.

  • Review sales reports to inform staffing, styling and marketing needs.

  • Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational.

  • Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of retail or management experience.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Weekend and holiday work availability a must.

  • Experience with Lightspeed or Shopify preferred.
