Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking experienced and mission-driven professionals to support Missile Defense Training and Education in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

We are building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates across program leadership, training, operations, and security disciplines to ensure rapid and seamless execution. If you have experience supporting DoW training environments, missile defense systems, or joint operations, we encourage you to apply. We are collecting resumes for KODA and our potential subcontractors. These positions are contingent upon contract award.

Areas of Need:

Program Leadership

  • Task Order Lead-Senior leader responsible for overall contract performance, including cost, schedule, technical execution, and team management. Requires extensive experience managing DoW programs and leading distributed teams.

Training & Accreditation

  • Accreditation Lead – Expert in DoW training accreditation processes, responsible for maintaining Joint Center of Excellence standards and supporting accreditation efforts.
  • Training Specialist – Quality Assurance (Senior) Ensures training products and delivery meet quality standards through application of the ADDIE process and continuous evaluation.
  • Training Specialist – Blended Learning (Senior) Designs and develops distributed and hybrid learning solutions using modern platforms and simulation tools.
  • Training Specialist – Joint Missile Defense (Senior) Lead instructor with subject matter expertise in missile defense systems (e.g., C2BMC, GSM) supporting classroom and distributed training.
  • Training Specialist – Joint Missile Warning (Senior) Instructor with expertise in missile warning systems and operations, delivering curriculum across multiple training environments.

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Operations Support Specialist (Senior) Provides high-level coordination of training operations, including scheduling, student management, and stakeholder engagement within DoD environments.

Security

  • Security Specialist (Mid-Level) Supports security operations in classified environments, including physical, personnel, and information security in compliance with applicable regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting DoW training, missile defense, or joint operations environments
  • Strong understanding of military training processes, systems, or accreditation frameworks
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments

Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
