Position Overview

The Regional Field Operations Manager role is highly operational and field-oriented, requiring independence, attention to detail, professionalism, flexibility, and a hands-on approach to supporting day-to-day market operations.

Primary TerritoryThe primary territory for this role includes:
  • Buffalo, New York
  • Rochester, New Yorkprimary location
  • Syracuse, New York
  • Additional travel within surrounding markets may occasionally be required based on operational needs.

    Key Responsibilities:Apartment & Operational Support

    Conduct apartment inspections to ensure units meet PCA quality and presentation standards

    Assist with apartment setups, final touches, and guest readiness preparation

    Perform walkthroughs prior to guest arrivals and after departures as requested

    Assist with inventory verification and operational supply checks

    Help coordinate furniture installations, deliveries, and apartment logistics

    Identify maintenance concerns or operational issues and communicate findings to management

    Ensure apartments are properly staged, clean, and professionally presented

    On Occasion, when traveling the following may be a part of the expectations.

    Field Operations & Market Support

    Visit apartment communities and properties throughout assigned markets

    Serve as a field representative of Prime Corporate Apartments

    Assist with maintaining positive relationships with apartment communities and vendors

    Support operational coordination between the field and corporate office Occasionally assist with guest support or operational troubleshooting in the field

    Participate in miscellaneous operational projects and support activities as assigned

    Introduce apartment communities and contacts to PCA services

    Deliver company information and marketing materials

    Support awareness of PCA and affiliated furniture rental services

    Assist in identifying potential partnership or vendor opportunities within local markets

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to lift and carry operational materials and supplies as needed

    Ability to assist with apartment setups, inspections, and deliveries

    Comfortable driving throughout assigned territory markets

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

    Schedule & Work Structure

    Part-time position averaging approximately 15 hours per week

    Hours will fluctuate based on operational demand and apartment activity

    Flexible scheduling required based on guest turnover and field needs

    Compensation

    This is an hourly position starting at $20 per hour.

    Travel & Expenses

    Travel throughout Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse markets is expected

    Approved business-related travel expenses and mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy if a company vehicle is not provided.
