What You'll Do

Lead Branch Operations

  • Oversee all daily branch operational activities and employee workflows
  • Manage cash operations, including vault management, cash recyclers, ATM balancing, and teller cash limits
  • Ensure accurate branch balancing and reconciliation processes
  • Review operational reports and oversee branch self-audits
  • Support branch opening and closing procedures, including Saturday operations when applicable
  • Maintain branch facilities, security standards, and overall operational readiness

Ensure Compliance & Risk Management

  • Maintain strong internal controls and operational safeguards
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Foster an audit-ready culture with a focus on risk management and accountability
  • Oversee dual-control procedures and cash-handling standards across the branch

Develop & Lead Your Team

  • Supervise, coach, and develop tellers, head tellers, and universal bankers
  • Provide real-time guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Conduct team meetings and coaching sessions to reinforce service, compliance, and operational expectations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure consistent coverage
  • Build a positive, accountable culture aligned with the bank's core values

Strengthen Customer Relationships

  • Model exceptional customer service and relationship-building behaviors

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive branch banking or branch operations experience
  • Experience as a Teller, Head Teller, Universal Banker, New Accounts Representative, or similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to successfully pass a credit and background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience leading branch operations or supervisory teams within a financial institution
  • Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Officer, or similar role
