Marketing Operations & Communications Manager

Location: Fayetteville, AR


Role Overview

The Marketing Operations & Communications Manager owns campaign orchestration, creative execution systems, and marketing operations frameworks. This role ensures all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and at scale, serving as the coordination hub between Brand, Demand Generation, Sales, and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own campaign calendars, execution plans, and crossfunctional coordination
  • Act as the operational bridge between Brand, Demand Gen, Sales, and external partners
  • Establish workflows, standards, and documentation to support scalable execution
  • Identifyexecution gaps and proactively improve marketing processes
  • Manage the development ofcontentthrough close work with product managers and external creative partners.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, communications, or campaign execution
  • Experience managing creative workflows, asset delivery, and timelines
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, digital publishing tools, and HubSpot
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and written communication skills
