The team leads Fulfillment Operations and Implementation, focusing on developing and optimizing processes to support efficient in-club execution. They design, test, and scale workflows across picking, staging, dispensing, and exception handling to ensure standardized and effective operations. Collaborating closely with field leadership and cross-functional partners, the team translates business strategies into actionable solutions. Their efforts equip clubs with the necessary tools and guidance to maintain consistent, high-quality member experiences while enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing loss, and supporting scalable growth. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
