  • Serve as the go-to partner for ad-hoc operational tracking and analysis across headcount, budget, and org rhythms, supporting the priorities of the COO of Customer Success.

  • Lead operational execution and budget governance for major milestones, overseeing event logistics, resource allocation, and financial tracking for company events (e.g., Dreamforce) and Customer Success leadership summits.

  • Program-manage organizational culture and recognition frameworks, overseeing budget allocation, executive review workflows, and program impact for org-wide recognition initiatives.

  • Elevate operational infrastructure by centralizing team knowledge assets, onboarding resources, and executive communication channels to maximize efficiency across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Program Management within a SaaS or global technology environment.

  • Deep expertise in workforce planning, headcount mechanics, financial expense budgeting, and procurement workflows.

  • Hands-on proficiency with enterprise tools including Workday, Coupa, Tableau, Google Workspace/Excel, and Slack.

  • A track record of building trusted relationships across matrixed teams - Finance, Employee Success (HR), Procurement, and Executive Leadership.

  • Sharp analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a gift for turning complex operational data into clear, executive-ready insight.
