Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily functions of A-Tow Atlanta’s towing operations. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with industry regulations, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in transportation or towing services, and the ability to manage personnel and resources effectively. This position operates under the direction of the Terminal Manager and in alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight (30%)

  • Manage daily towing operations, including dispatching, vehicle storage, and impound procedures.
  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute corporate and Terminal Manager directives to align with organizational goals.

Team Leadership & Development (20%)

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate dispatchers, drivers, and yard personnel.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety (15%)

  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal towing regulations.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture, enforce policies and conducting regular inspections.

Customer Relations (10%)

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies.
