JLL - Global Operations Manager (P3)

In this role, you'll be at the center of operational excellence for a world-class corporate real estate portfolio. You'll drive process improvements, ensure consistent service delivery across regions, and help shape how we deliver facilities management at scale for a Fortune 500 technology leader.

Work Schedule: Remote, M-F 8-5

Travel Requirements: up to 5%

What this job involves:

The Operations Manager will support operational excellence initiatives across JLL's service delivery platforms. This role focuses on executing process improvements, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring consistent service delivery within assigned regions or service lines. The position manages day-to-day operations activities and supports JLL's commitment to delivering high-quality real estate services that meet client expectations and business objectives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Operational Execution & Process Management

  • Execute operational strategies and initiatives that enhance service delivery effectiveness. Implement standardized operational processes while adapting to regional requirements and client-specific needs. Monitor daily operations to ensure alignment with established procedures and quality standards.

Team Coordination & Support

  • Partner with operations team members and coordinate activities across assigned locations or service areas. Support team development through training, coaching, and performance feedback. Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the account.

Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and service quality enhancement. Apply best practices and standard operating procedures in daily operations. Support process improvement initiatives using established methodologies to reduce inefficiencies. Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with service line teams to ensure operational alignment and effective service delivery. Work with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and implement solutions. Communicate operational status, challenges, and improvements to management.

Technology Utilization

  • Utilize operational technology platforms, tools, and systems to support service delivery. Support implementation of automation and digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Leverage data and reporting tools for operational monitoring and analysis.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, JLL policies, and client contractual obligations. Follow established business continuity procedures. Identify operational risks and escalate concerns appropriately.

Innovative Problem Solving

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose creative, scalable solutions aligned with global standards. Research and recommend new approaches, tools, or frameworks that could improve consistency or performance across the account. Bring a continuous improvement mindset to every workstream-challenging the status quo and driving smarter ways of working.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Support monthly governance reporting by connecting with stakeholders to gather updates on best practice rollouts. Support new hire training initiatives, ensuring hires are on track for account training programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting process improvement, change management, or governance program support of a large corporate real estate account / portfolio
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable operational efficiencies in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Knowledge of CMMS and operations technology platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to support large-scale initiatives and cross-functional programs
  • Facilitate change management initiatives related to process improvements, technology implementations, or organizational restructuring, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Champion best practice sharing and knowledge transfer across regions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing global or multi-regional IFM operations.
  • Corrigo experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of JLL Work Dynamics tools and processes
  • Familiarity with system integrations, ticketing platforms, or ITSM tools

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
