Plan, direct, and execute all plant operations to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Leads, coaches, and develops hourly and salaried team members to build a high‑performance, safety‑focused workforce.
  • Creates clear performance expectations and provides regular feedback, mentoring, and training to support employee growth.
  • Maintains open, proactive communication channels with front‑line employees to improve engagement and alignment.
  • Encourages employee feedback and participation in improvement initiatives, including safety, quality, and productivity programs.
  • Effectively addresses employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues using sound judgment and HR best practices.
  • Drives adoption of new processes, technologies, or training programs by ensuring employee understanding and buy‑in.
  • Champions a safety‑first mindset and enforces compliance with all plant policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of distribution, warehousing, logistics, and service center processes.
