General Function:
Lead and direct the work of the load build team. Ensure all orders are built and loaded correctly for delivery. Make sure team members understand and follow policies, and provide continuous feedback on performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow for building all retail orders and loading for next day deliveries.
  • Manage performance of employees to meet KOI’s and coach employees to meet KOI’s.
  • Train and on-board new team members.
  • Working knowledge of all VIP system functions for invoice cleansing, delivery invoicing, transmitting ASNs, voice picking and package replenishment.
  • Ensure employees follow company and OSHA safety policies and practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews and issue corrective actions when necessary.
  • Communicate and track KOI's for achieving load build team performance objectives.
  • Timely response to inquiries from management and other departments.
  • Lead daily start-up meetings.
  • Conduct interviews to staff team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement:
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in warehouse fulfillment preferred.
  • 3 years of order filling and/or warehouse experience.
  • 1 year of experience with material handling equipment (Forklift, Walkie).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of WMS / LBI inventory control systems.
  • Repetitive lifting of 35 lbs. and lifting up to 160 lbs.
  • Able to walk, sit, stand for long periods and repetitively bending, twisting and kneeling.
