EMS Operations Manager

Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as an EMS Manager at MedEx Ambulance!

MedEx Ambulance is currently seeking applications for EMS Managers to help oversee our daily operations. The responsibilities of Operations Managers include:

  • Responsible for supervision of field personnel
  • Responding to incidents in the field.
  • Handling customer/patient complaints.
  • Upholding the rules and regulations set forth by the MedEx employee handbook.
  • Perform all necessary station duties to ensure a well-stocked fleet of vehicles.
  • Providing technical assistance and outreach to our service providers
  • Working directly with the hospital discharge teams to ensure transports are scheduled and completed on time.
  • Working on site to ensure the patient is ready for discharge.
  • Assisting crews on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance and improvement processes 
  • Assisting with billing inquiries 
  • Providing technical assistance and outreach to our service providers

EDUCATION, LICENSURE & CERTIFICATIONS:
