Key Responsibilities
Lead regional initiatives focused on top-line sales growth, operational performance, and franchise success.
Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and compliance reviews to ensure brand standards and operational consistency.
Train and coach franchisees and culinary teams on:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store management and franchise partners to ensure long-term business success.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company standards, purchasing requirements, and operational procedures.
Investigate and resolve operational or compliance-related issues.
Support new store launches, expansion initiatives, and future site evaluations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Deliver high-energy, hands-on field leadership while supporting multiple locations throughout the assigned region.
Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety regulations, health permits, licensing requirements, and sanitation standards.
QualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant, franchise, or food service management experience
Experience supporting operations in high-volume food service or retail food environments
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region
