EWOCS provides reliable high-quality communications and innovative IT solutions for the Guardians, Airmen, and Government agencies assigned to Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, and Vandenberg Air Force Base. Be a part of the team that delivers excellence in national missile defense, human space flight, space launch, and combat rescue!

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Management (KM) Services include all tasks associated with documenting, organizing, maintaining, and sharing of data, information, and knowledge.
  • Design and implement KM systems and tools at the required security classification level using products such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, and ServiceNow in accordance with all applicable requirements and policies set by the Designated Approval Authority for each specific network.
  • Maintain the installation’s Records and Information Management (RIM) program.
  • Maintain a central repository of IT services support knowledge accessible by government personnel and customers.
  • Assist in the maintenance of SharePoint site collections, group and user permissions, libraries, and links.
  • Design and develop SharePoint sites using new modern and classic pages to include but not limited to: embedding web parts, graphic design, and content layout design.
  • Design and maintain SharePoint lists and libraries to include: structure, content type, branching-logic, cross-list referencing, and permission.
  • Design and maintain Microsoft InfoPath Forms and PowerApps to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Support the KM in the modernization and modification of current and legacy knowledge management collaboration systems and applications.
Required Experience/Qualifications
  • Must have 3-5 year's experience
  • Has the communication skills to effectively interface with military members, managers, and subordinates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint and Teams
