Job description

EEC Solutions is looking for a Knowledge Manager for the USSOUTHCOM J3 Operations Directorate. Target start date is upon contract award.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Knowledge Manager position provides Knowledge Management Support for USSOUTHCOM J3 Operations Directorate. This position Manages, organizes, designs, and disseminates information across classified and unclassified networks, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Intel Link, APAN, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, and emerging collaboration platforms. Furthermore, this position supports crisis response, continuity of operations (COOP), operational command-and-control activities, and exercise support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities. This position:
  • Manages operational portals, site collections, permissions, and collaboration tools.
  • Maintains portal availability greater than 95%.
  • Develops Ozone Widgets and Knowledge Management solutions.
  • Supports J3 front office and operational taskings.
  • Supports Crisis Action Team operations.
  • Participates in exercise planning conferences and produce afteraction reports.
  • Supports continuity of operations activities and alternate operating locations.
  • Provides operational knowledge management support across multiple networks.
  • Minimum Qualifications. This position requires:
  • An active TS/SCI clearance at the time of application.
  • Strong background in Information Security and Project Management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms and knowledge management systems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Knowledge Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Required Certifications/Licenses:
  • Knowledge Management Certification
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • SharePoint Administrator Certification
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Combatant Command experience, Joint Operations Center experience, military planning experience.
