Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Task Manager in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA).  Our talented team is at the forefront in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management.

Seeking a Task Manager onsite in McLean, VA.

  • Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level
  • Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
  • Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
  • Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
  • Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
  • Prepares daybook requirements for following business day to include: Daily Binder Preparation, Material Organization and Formatting, Component Coordination, Electronic Daybook Management, Inbox Management, Share drive Maintenance, Tasking Reminder Management, Material Review and Editing, Front Office Coordination and Weekly Task Management

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm shift
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
  • Experience in the following is required:
    • Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
    • Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
    • Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
    • Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
