Description

The Assistant Director, Knowledge Management Delivery helps transform KM strategy into business results. This role leads the execution of KM initiatives, manages a delivery team, and partners with business leaders to improve how employees find, use, and trust knowledge. As the operational counterpart to the KM Program Director, this leader ensures strategic priorities are translated into roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes across the KM portfolio.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of KM programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage team capacity, priorities, and execution against business goals.
  • Partner with Claims, Service, Underwriting, Distribution, and other business areas to address knowledge needs.
  • Drive improvements in content quality, governance, search, and user experience.
  • Use data and employee feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Build relationships across the knowledge management ecosystem
  • Coach and develop KM professionals while fostering a culture of accountability
