Job Summary:
1872 Consulting is seeking a Knowledge Management Technology Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the administration and management of the firm's experience management platform. The role involves user support, maintaining experience information, and collaborating on knowledge management systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Conduct and develop end-user training and provide support for "how to" questions and technical issues
โ€ข Develop working knowledge of the content and configuration of the experience management platform and integrated data sources
โ€ข Support the day-to-day operation of the experience management platform, data integration and related systems
โ€ข Apply profile and configuration standards and process approved change requests to ensure the integrity of the data maintained within the experience management platform
โ€ข Configure standard workflows and processes for data capture and reporting within the experience management platform
โ€ข Coordinate data integration, import and export projects to ensure content is transferred and validated consistently
โ€ข Prepare standard metrics reporting and related analysis to measure the quality and quantity of data maintained within the experience management platform
โ€ข Participate on project teams to develop and implement enhancements to the experience management platform and related systems
โ€ข Identify opportunities to improve and/or add to the experience management platform and related processes and integration sources
โ€ข Contribute to standard configuration documentation and related end-user materials for the experience management platform and related systems
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree
โ€ข 5+ years of experience with Knowledge Management, Digital Libraries or other similar roles focusing on administering systems with large amounts of data
โ€ข Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience working in a law firm environment
โ€ข Knowledge of various external research tools such as Lexis, Westlaw, CapitalIQ, Thomson MonitorSuite and other resources
