Responsibilities

Behind every analyst at USCYBERCOM J2 is a knowledge infrastructure that has to work - seamlessly, securely, and at the speed of the mission. Peraton is looking for a Knowledge Manager specializing in SharePoint to build, maintain, and continuously improve that infrastructure at Fort Meade, MD.

In this role, you won't just administer a platform - you'll architect the digital backbone of one of the most critical intelligence enterprises in the U.S. government. From custom SharePoint applications and automated workflows to JIRA/Confluence environments and cross-domain data pipelines, your work will directly enable analysts and operators to do theirs.

What You'll Do
  • Perform configuration, administration, and development of SharePointAtlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), and other enterprise content management systems
  • Develop, stage, test, and host SharePoint solutions tailored to USCYBERCOM J2 mission requirements
  • Design and develop web parts, InfoPath forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows, page templates, and branding customization
  • Configure collaboration sites and forms authentication to manage staff access across classification domains
  • Manage user controls and security permissions across SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence environments
  • Build custom interactive SharePoint applications and websites using SharePoint Designer, CSOM, JSOM, REST API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#/VB.NET
  • Build workflows, forms, and dashboards that streamline intelligence production and knowledge sharing
  • Implement SharePoint information management policies and control access to sensitive information
  • Support cross-domain data transfer administration across JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet environments
  • Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and DoD records management policies
  • Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives

QualificationsWhat You Bring

Required:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with master's or 3 years with PhD
  • Proficiency in SharePoint configuration, administration, and development for enterprise environments
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) administration
  • Working knowledge of content management systems, records management, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SharePoint solutions at enterprise scale
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with analysts, operators, and stakeholders at all levels

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, CSOM, JSOM, and REST API
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#/VB.NET for custom SharePoint development
  • Familiarity with InfoPath forms and Microsoft Office integration applications
  • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance requirements and DoD records management policies
  • Experience with cross-domain data transfer tools and multi-network environments (JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet)
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • Master's degree in a related field - or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
