Kentro is seeking an experienced Site Lead to support a large-scale Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) program for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), supporting NSWC at the Naval Amphibious Base. The Site Lead serves as the primary on-site representative responsible for coordinating contract execution, engaging stakeholders, supporting knowledge management initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives. This position requires a collaborative leader capable of working across military, government, civilian, and contractor organizations within a dynamic operational environment. The successful candidate will work closely with customer leadership, functional stakeholders, and geographically dispersed teams to promote information sharing, organizational collaboration, governance, and mission effectiveness across the Special Operations enterprise. Location: Onsite - Peterson Space Force Base/Colorado Springs, CO Compensation Range: $110,000-175,000/annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the assigned customer organization. * Coordinate day-to-day execution of contract activities and support delivery of program objectives. * Build and maintain effective working relationships with military, government civilian, and contractor personnel. * Support implementation and sustainment of enterprise knowledge management strategies, processes, and governance initiatives. * Facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and stakeholder engagement across the organization. * Coordinate meetings, working groups, training events, and customer engagements. * Monitor performance, identify risks and issues, and support development of mitigation strategies. * Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, status updates, and other program documentation. * Support organizational change, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security requirements, and organizational policies. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education, military service, and professional experience. * Experience supporting Department of Defense, Combatant Command, Service Component, Special Operations, Joint, or other complex federal environments. * Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and mission activities. * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Experience facilitating meetings, developing reports, and interacting with senior leaders. * Ability to work independently in fast-paced and dynamic operational environments. * Experience supporting Knowledge Management, Information Management, Program Management, Organizational Change Management, Collaboration Technologies, or related mission support functions. * Experience supporting USSOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), Service Components, Combatant Commands, or Joint organizations. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration platforms, workflow modernization, or information-sharing environments. * Agile, ITIL, or similar professional certifications.
