They are seeking a Knowledge Management professional with strong experience in KM, AI, Power BI, and Power Apps to improve knowledge flow and build digital solutions. The role involves designing dashboards, enhancing content structures, and supporting enterprise knowledge repositories.
Responsibilities:
• Improve knowledge capture, flow, and reuse using AI, ML, and semantic technologies.
• Develop and govern taxonomies, metadata, and content structures to enhance search and discoverability.
• Support enterprise knowledge repositories, intranets, and collaboration tools.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations; ensure performance and data quality.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline KM and business processes.
• Work with KM team to translate business needs into actionable KM, analytics, and automation solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in Knowledge Management, taxonomy, metadata, and content strategy.
• Deep expertise in creating intuitive, insights‐driven dashboards and establishing the right metrics to measure performance and value.
• Proficiency with AI tools and concepts applied to content automation and knowledge discovery.
• Strong Power BI and Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors).
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, Power Query, and DAX.
