Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Physical Therapy licensure in PA
  • Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday.
  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Coverage area includes Northumberland, Union, and Snyder counties.
  • Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
  • Responsibilities include physical therapy SOC, recerts, evaluations, visits, and discharges.
