Clinical responsibilities include conducting 1-2 new consultations at most, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinating care with comprehensive support staff. Documentation must be maintained through EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements for this assignment.
