Locations: Basking Ridge, NJ or Irving, TX Hybrid: 3 days/week in office
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team.
You will be vital in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and automate financial reporting processes.
You will be responsible for developing Business Intelligence solutions to support the Finance department and other teams that depend on financial data.
As part of a dynamic and expanding team, you will analyze internal data to identify needs for data products and facilitate the creation of reporting solutions from these data products.
The role requires a strong understanding of business intelligence tools, data analysis, automation, and visualization, coupled with experience in developing and implementing reporting solutions using tools such as Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Gemini, Google Sheets, Knime, and Alteryx.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support financial reporting and analysis for the Finance department and other stakeholders.
Analyze internal data to identify opportunities for data products and create reporting solutions to meet business needs.
Drive the run-and-operate transformation initiative by providing an in-depth analysis of Clients financial data, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and customer trends.
Anticipate future business needs and build scalable solutions that address current and future data requirements.
Interpret complex business requests and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Evaluate and provide feedback on reports and data visualizations.
Lead and execute reporting process automation using Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Gemini, Knime, Alteryx, Google Workspace apps, Teradata, and BigQuery.
Establish and share best practices for building reports, dashboards, and visualizations, promoting a culture of self-service analytics with appropriate guardrails.
Collaborate with finance teams to understand their needs and create data automation and visualization solutions using a single source of truth.
Provide requirements to the data products team and translate cross-functional business requirements into data product requirements.
Stay current on industry trends and techniques to envision and implement innovative business intelligence solutions.
Participate in cross-functional project teams to identify and address reporting requirements.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, and methodology.

Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Four or more years of work experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
Two or more years of experience in Teradata and Big Query.
Experience developing datasets on Qlik or Looker platforms.
Demonstrated knowledge of at least two: Knime, Alteryx, Python, Google Apps Script, BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master's degree in Finance or a data-related discipline.
Experience in successfully driving large-scale adoption of self-service analytics platforms.
Experience supporting Analytics for Finance teams.
Expert understanding of Business Intelligence and associated disciplines.
Understanding all facets of data, including data engineering, data products, analysis, visualization, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
Experience working in a modern Data Warehouse using current technologies and services.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of Telecommunication data sets
Wireline, Wireless & Network data set.
Proven experience driving change and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of advanced technology concepts like Teradata, Big Data, ML Integrations, Hadoop, Hive, Cloud, etc.
