Job description

Primary Purpose

Load cones on a moving line and responsible for removing all breasts, tenders and wings from the bird.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Must be able to place cones on a moving line at a determined pace.
  2. Must be able to effectively use a knife to cut the wing from the breast.
  3. Pull the breast from the carcass, inspect for bones and skin and then transport remains to the moving conveyor belt.
  4. Grade and/or scale finished product to Company standards.
  5. Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
