Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Aide Floater includes a $1,500 sign on bonus to join our team in Seattle. This unique, full-time position provides flexibility and variety, as you will support clients across different locations within the King County area. As a floater, you'll step in where needed to ensure continuity of care and exceptional service for our patients.
Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
  • Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client condition.
  • Travel between client homes within the King County area as assigned.

Requirements
  • Current CNA or HCA certification in Washington State
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel throughout Seattle and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, patient attitude.
  • Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable providing care in homes with pets.
