What is a kitting manager?

A Kitting Manager oversees the process of assembling individual items into ready-to-ship kits in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. They are responsible for managing inventory, coordinating staff, and ensuring that kits are completed accurately and efficiently according to production schedules. Kitting Managers also work to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and maintain quality standards.
