We are seeking a Bilingual Fulfillment Supervisor at our Grapevine, TX location to lead daily warehouse operations and support the team in meeting productivity, accuracy, and service goals. This role is responsible for overseeing picking, order releasing, and workflow coordination while helping drive safety, quality, and team performance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can coach employees, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Supervise daily fulfillment activities, including picking, order releasing, and workflow coordination.
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, accuracy, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Use Zebra RF scanners and warehouse systems to support inventory and order transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to prioritize work and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support training, coaching, and development of warehouse team members.
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards to support operational excellence.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.

Qualifications
  • MUST BE Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, operations, or business preferred.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or production leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume 3PL, fulfillment center, or similar warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Zebra RF scanners or similar handheld scanning devices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coach employees, hold team members accountable, and work cross-functionally.

Schedule
Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm, some occasional weekends
