- Root cause problem solving for major equipment downtime
- Eliminate or mitigate safety risks
- Develop creative ways to reduce equipment scrap
- Increase equipment output though design changes
- Analyze data to pinpoint losses and reduce cost
- Work cross functionally to achieve goals
- Deliver projects on time to drive continuous improvement
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience including co-ops and internship
Preferred skills and experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Project management experience
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- WCM (World Class Manufacturing) experience
