Job Type: Part-Time

About Us:

Warehouse BBQ is where flavor lives, smoke reigns, and every dish is made with soul. We’re known for scratch-made eats and hand-trimmed meats—and now we need a back-of-house MVP to keep the engine running. This position is for someone who lives to prep, clean, cut, peel, and hustle hard behind the scenes.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Remove feathers from raw chicken wings
  • Peel membrane off ribs and trim briskets
  • Pull smoked pork and chicken (no shortcuts—get it clean!)
  • Debone smoked turkey and chop for service
  • Peel & cut potatoes, onions, and peppers
  • Sauté onions and peppers to smoky perfection
  • Boil noodles for our famous smoked mac & cheese
  • Wash dishes and keep prep stations clean and organized
  • Follow a prep list, manage time, and maintain food safety standards
  • Jump in wherever needed—this is a team sport!

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Takes pride in prep work and understands it’s the foundation of great BBQ
  • Is reliable, organized, and moves with purpose
  • Isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty (literally)
  • Can follow instructions and hustle in a fast-paced kitchen
