The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the execution of all kitchen operations, ensuring all standards of quality and service are met. Continually develops kitchen employees through training and follow up. The Kitchen Supervisor also supervises scheduled shifts for appropriate coverage, and to ensure guest satisfaction.
