Job description

An established kitchen and cabinetry company is seeking a motivated Kitchen Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a background in home improvement, construction, or design who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with builders, contractors, and homeowners to provide tailored kitchen solutions that meet both design and functional needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and residential clients.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand clients’ kitchen needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Recommend product options, cabinetry lines, and layout solutions that align with project goals.
  • Provide accurate quotes, assist with ordering, and oversee the sales cycle from initial contact through delivery.
  • Attend industry events, job sites, or showroom appointments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, order processing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, materials, and product specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in kitchen sales, home renovation, cabinetry, or a related field.
