We are looking for a BOH Operations Manager (PM Focus | Availability between 12:00 PM and 12:00 AM) to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Northville. This is more than a kitchen management position. It is an opportunity to take ownership of an important part of a high-volume restaurant, lead and develop people, and help build a culture of excellence.

As the PM Back of House Operations Manager, you will oversee evening kitchen operations, coach and develop team members, and implement systems that create consistency, accountability, and exceptional guest experiences. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team while gaining the skills needed to lead a multi-million-dollar restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who enjoys being in the operation, solving problems, and helping people succeed.
