Job Description:
The Line Cook at Oliver Royale is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the restaurant’s standards while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service. This role works closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation and high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock assigned station before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen line
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
  • Ensure proper portioning and presentation of dishes
  • Communicate with Chef and kitchen team during service
  • Restock products and notify leadership of low inventory
  • Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties
  • Work efficiently during high-volume periods while keeping quality standards
