Job Description

Job Purpose: Deliver unmatched expertise in the small kitchen appliance category, specifically within e-commerce marketplaces, to steer Gourmia's R&D endeavors. Serve as the nexus between the Omnichannel E-Commerce Marketplace Manager, Product Managers, and the R&D team, ensuring the development and enhancement of products that cater to a pressing market demand.

Job Duties:

Become the go-to expert on small kitchen appliances within e-commerce platforms, with a thorough understanding of product offerings, market dynamics, and consumer preferences.

Collaborate closely with the Omnichannel E-Commerce Marketplace Manager and Product Managers to extract actionable market insights.

Regularly analyze market trend reports, keeping an eagle eye on the competitive landscape and product assortments across major e-commerce websites.

Advise the R&D team based on market insights, ensuring product development is aligned with e-commerce trends and voids in the marketplace.

Drive category-specific strategic initiatives that bolster Gourmia's e-commerce presence and sales.

Maintain a pulse on customer feedback and reviews to anticipate market demands and optimize the product range accordingly.

Participate in cross-departmental strategy sessions, representing the e-commerce category perspective and providing insights.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within marketing, with a proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.

Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
