Do you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and love being at the center of the action? We're looking for a Food Expeditor who can bring urgency, organization, and attention to detail to every shift. This role is critical in ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen accurately, efficiently, and looking its absolute best.

As a Food Expeditor, you'll be the communication hub between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, helping deliver an exceptional dining experience while keeping service running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the service team to the kitchen
  • Prioritize and monitor ticket times to keep service moving
  • Assist with final plate preparation and garnishing
  • Verify food accuracy, presentation, and temperature before leaving the kitchen
  • Deliver food as needed to support fast, seamless service
  • Remove obstacles that slow down kitchen, dish, or service operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift
  • Communicate guest requests and special instructions between the dining room and kitchen
  • Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Assist with additional duties as needed, including phone orders and general restaurant support
Requirements
