The Opportunity
Kitchen Tune-Up Brooklyn North is seeking a high-performing In-Home Sales & Design Consultant to join our award-winning team. This is a hunter-closer role designed for a professional who thrives on consultative selling and high-end residential remodeling.
You will be the face of our company, meeting homeowners in their space, guiding their vision, and turning design dreams into signed contracts. We provide the leads; you provide the expertise and the close
What You'll Do
  • Expert Consultations: Conduct high-energy, in-home design consultations with pre-qualified leads.
  • Strategic Selling: Evaluate layouts, assess client needs, and confidently navigate budget discussions to provide a tailored solution.
  • Design & Visualization: Recommend cabinetry, finishes, and hardware. Utilize 2020 (or similar software) to help clients visualize their new space.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the client relationship from the initial visit through the signed agreement, ensuring a seamless handoff to our production team.
  • Market Growth: Actively build a referral network and maintain a professional presence in the Brooklyn and Manhattan territories.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to "read the room" and close the sale.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel across Brooklyn and Manhattan
  • Organization: Strong CRM management skills to track leads and follow-ups.
